By downloading, installing, or using the Scan-N-Go app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Scan-N-Go LLC provides a self-service bike and kayak rental service accessible through our mobile app. Customers scan QR codes on rental equipment, complete payment, and the equipment is unlocked via Bluetooth.
You must have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to rent equipment independently. Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who completes the rental on their behalf.
When you rent equipment through the Scan-N-Go app, you will be asked to provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and emergency contact information. This information is collected at the time of rental and stored securely as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for all activity associated with your rental.
By completing a rental you authorize Scan-N-Go LLC to charge your payment method on file for any overage fees incurred during your rental period.
By using our service, you acknowledge that bike and kayak activities involve inherent risks including physical injury, property damage, and death. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to the full waiver terms presented in the app at the time of rental.

You are responsible for inspecting equipment before use. By proceeding with a rental, you confirm the equipment is in acceptable condition. You will be held responsible for any damage that occurs during your rental period beyond normal wear and tear. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize Scan-N-Go LLC to charge your payment method on file for any damage costs incurred during your rental period beyond normal wear and tear.

These permissions are used solely for operating the app and are not used to collect or share data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Scan-N-Go app, you consent to receive push notifications related to your active rental. These notifications may include rental confirmation, time warnings as your rental period approaches its end, overage alerts, and other rental status updates. You may disable push notifications at any time in your device settings, however doing so may cause you to miss important alerts regarding your rental and associated charges.
By providing your email address and completing a rental through the Scan-N-Go app, you agree to receive transactional emails at the address you provide. These emails may include rental waiver confirmations, rental receipts, and other communications directly related to your rental transaction.
From time to time, Scan-N-Go LLC may also send you promotional emails including special offers, seasonal updates, and news about our services. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by contacting us at contact@rentsng.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any promotional email. Opting out of promotional emails will not affect delivery of transactional emails related to your active rentals.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCAN-N-GO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RENTAL EQUIPMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR MOST RECENT RENTAL.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scan-N-Go LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
